영문 초록

As the preference for apartments has increased due to various advantages of apartments housing such as the convenience and comfort, the supply of apartments took the lead. In addition the apartments were supplied in large quantities, the Korean housing market was transformed from the supplier-led market to the consumer-led market, and in the housing market environment where the supply exceeded the demand, consumers demand differentiated housing. This study investigates the lifestyle by demographic characteristics and analyzes how it affects characteristic factors of apartments housing preferences. Moreover, in order to make efficient use of real estate, it will try to help a little in the Korean housing market by arranging characteristic factors of apartments housing preferences to be supplied in the future and presenting future directions and suggestions of housing policy. The reason why the qualitative demand for housing is increasing is that the accumulation of capital makes the human emotions more diversified and differentiated in the modern age of material abundance. Since changes in social, economic, cultural and demographic structure affect lifestyle changes and lifestyles directly or indirectly affect marketing, it is important to continually monitor the lifestyle of housing consumers is necessary. This study investigates the lifestyle by demographic characteristics and analyzes how it affects characteristic factors of apartments housing preferences. Moreover, in order to make efficient use of real estate, it will try to help a little in the Korean housing market by arranging characteristic factors of apartments housing preferences to be supplied in the future and presenting future directions and suggestions of housing policy.
