영문 초록

In these days the bill of REITs(real estate investment trusts) is under consideration by government. REITs is new mutual fund which affects so much not only real estate industry but also restructuring program in Korea. This study provides outline of REITs and various information regarding REITs as well. Furthermore we check over the possibility of success of REITs in Korea through the examination of Korean real estate market.
