영아반 교사의 직무만족도가 영아권리존중 보육실행에 미치는 영향: 감사성향의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 영아반 교사의 직무만족도가 영아권리존중 보육실행에 미치는 영향에서 감사성향의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기지역 어린이집의 영아반 교사 217명을 대상으로 2016년 8월말에서 9월말까지 설문조사를 실 시하였다. 수집된 모든 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 직무만족도의 매개효과는 Baron & Kenny가 제안한 3단계 회귀분석과 Sobel Test를 통해 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영아반 교사의 직무만족도, 감사성향, 권리존중보육실행 간에는 모두 정적인 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 영아반 교사의 감사성향은 ‘하루일과 존중’ 실행에 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 ‘개인생활 존중’실행에 있어서는 매개효과가 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 영아반 교사의 감사성향을 계발하는 교사교육 프로그램과 직무만족도 향상을 위한 다각적인 지원의 필요성을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims at examining meditation effect of gratitude disposition at the effect of job satisfaction of infant class teachers on childcare practice respecting right of infant. The study conducted survey on 217 infant class teachers from childcare center in Seoul and Gyeonggi region, from late August 2016 to the end of September. For materials collected, this study conducted frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 23.0 program and the mediatation effect of gratitude disposition was verified through 3-step regression analysis proposed by Baron& Kenny and Sobel Test. Key results of this study are as follows: First, there was positive relationship showed among job satisfaction of infant class teachers, gratitude disposition and childcare practice respecting right of infant. Second, the gratitude disposition of infant class teachers showed meditation effect in part on the practice of respecting daily schedule . On the other hand, meditation effect of gratitude disposition was not significantly showed on the practice of respecting personal life . The results suggest the necessity of educational program for infant teachers which develops their gratitude disposition and multilateral support for improving their job satisfaction.
