영문 초록

Massive earthquake crisis in Japan in March 2011 smartphone by SNS (Social Network Serivce) extremely useful. Such an earthquake occurs, it is important to operate wireless communication services to be provided, and rapid disaster recovery and securing victim safety is the fact that a strong communications infrastructure in the earthquake. In this paper, we estimate the extent of the damage and communication facilities of the probability of building damage, the mobile communication facility installed by the GIS-based earthquake damage assessment systems MAEViz for the emergency repair of the wireless communication network based on it, and the system is proposed.
