영문 초록

In this paper, we implement the application on a smart device which controls traffic signals by applying the writing method of Android appplications that use bluetooth communication. A traffic signalling device equipped with PLC that supports RS232C communications connects a bluetooth serial adapter in hardware. The app controls traffic signals wirelessly by networking a smart device bluetooth module and a bluetooth serial adapter. In Android application programming industry, if we are utilized this app, be expected that we can produce apps for various types of equipments control by using smart devices.
