This study got conclusion as a result monitor and analyze exercise injuries kinds, exercise injuries character, exercise injuries medical care, and exercise injuries cause as the weight training target on 313 adult people who are belonged 5 sports centers and 5 fitness clubs in Gyeonggido and Seoul.
1. Character the exercise injuries
The most frequent injured part was indicated as a shoulder, and there are differences depending on the gender. The injuries in the muscle are easily hurted during the exercise, and there are also gender differences. People usually get hurt on the treadmill the most, and there are differences between the gender.
2. Time the exercise injuries
The time when the injury can happen is almost afternoon times without any differences between the gender. The situation when the injury can happen most frequently is during the main exercise without any differences between the gender. Winter has the most frequent injuries to the exerciser. And the gender differences exist. Those who started their exercise for less than 3 months have the highest level of injuries. There are also the differences depending on the gender.
3. Treatment the exercise injuries
The treatment after the injury is mainly done for himself or herself, and there are differences between the gender. The general period of treatment is two to three weeks, and there are also differences between the gender. The hospital shows the highest level of people being treated after the injury, and there is no difference between the gender.
4. Cause the exercise injuries
The cause of the injury is the lack of warming up, which indicates the highest level among the causes, and there is no difference between the gender. The cause of injury in the process of exercise is the highest in the method of the exercise, and there is no difference between the gender. The most preferred precaution method is also the warming up, and there is a difference between the gender.
