영문 초록

Even though people work hard, people who are in working poor is almost up to 3million. It is not allowed to educate equally if people are poor. The level of education is determined people s job and status. This is the main factor a vicious circle of poverty. Childeren who are in poor don t have lots of chance to study and it pass down poverty to their children. If parents lost their job or had an accident it causes poverty and the conflicts are deepening. To reduce working poor, we need to make effort to create jobs. Also, the working poor would be receiving education or training to earn a living.
