교사의 대학교육, 직무, 삶의 질 만족도에 관한 구조 관계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 한국고용정보원의 대졸자 코호트 조사인 2014 대졸자 직업이동 경로조사(Graduates Occupation Mobility Survey: GOMS)자료를 활용하였다. 본 자료는 2016 GOMS로 발표된 자료 중 가장 최근의 자료이다. 분석 대상은 2014년에 대학을 졸업하고 상용직이며 현재일자리에 대한 직업 소분류에서 학교교사 545명의 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 교사들을 대상으로 대학교육, 직무, 삶의 질 만족도에 대한 구조 관계를 분석하였다. 또한 대학교육 만족도가 삶의 질 만족도에 영향을 주는 지에 대해서 직무만족도의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학교육 만족도는 교직에 대한 직무만족도 중 사회·환경적 만족도와 심리적 만족도 각각에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교직의 심리적 만족도와 사회·환경적 만족도는 삶의 질 만족도에 유의한 영향을 주고 있다. 그러나 심리적 만족도가 정적(+)인 영향을 주는 반면, 사회·환경적 만족도는 부적(-) 영향을 주는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 대학교육 만족도와 삶의 질 만족도에 대한 관계에서 교직에 대한 직무 만족은 완전매개인 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural equation models of satisfaction with university education, job, and quality of life in 545 teachers. In addition, the mediating effect of job satisfaction was examined as to whether the satisfaction of university education affects the quality of life satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, the satisfaction of college education has a significant effect on socio-environmental satisfaction and psychological satisfaction among the job satisfaction of teaching profession. Second, psychological satisfaction and socio-environmental satisfaction of teaching profession have a significant effect on quality of life satisfaction. However, psychological satisfaction has a positive (+) effect, while social and environmental satisfaction has negative (-) influence. Third, there was no significant effect on satisfaction of quality of life. The analysis of the mediation effect on teacher satisfaction using bootstrapping showed that it was a perfect mediator.
