영문 초록

Purpose : This study is to observe the serial KUB and IVP’s clinical study and currency of charge of both inspection that take a photograph the abdominal region at a routine time after CT urography. Materials and methods : Since enforcementing a CT urography from Jan. to Dec. in 2003, it made a object that the 203 patients enforcementing one of choosing serial KUB or IVP selectively. The average age is 67.5 years, gender rate is 2.17:1. The diagnosis used frequency table and cross- tabulation by using SPSS version 10 by classification six groups including normal, stone, pyelonephritis and cystitis, hydronephrosis and stricture, tumor and cancer and cyst, and others. Results : Post CT urography enforcemecting the IVP is 2%(4), serial KUB is 98%(199), diagnosis is tumor and cancer and cyst are 54.2%, normal is 27.1%, stone is 10.3%, pyelonephritis and cystitis and others are 3%, hydronephrosis and stricture are 2.5%. due to the kinds of multy examination is IVP 4 case of tumor and cancer and cyst are 2(50%), stone, hydronephrosis and stricture are 1(25%). All 199 exam of serial KUB is tumor and cancer and cyst are 108(54.27%), normal 55(27.63%), stone 20(10.05%), pyelonephritis and cystitis, others is 3(2.1%). Conclusion : Inspirit of CT enforcementing that is displaying a excellent diagnosis. We think that it need the continuos study and preparation of increasing radiation dose by enforcementing parallelly using both radiography, by correctly grasping the necessity of serial KUB that was enforcementing additionally for functional valuation of urinary tarct diagnosis in IVP, finally it must be acquired a reflection that on solute the problem.
