The purpose of this study is to explore important factors of middle-elderly aged households of Real Estate asset. After entering into an aging society in Korea, the number of middle-elderly aged single-households has increased rapidly, and social problems such as die-alone and poverty of the elderly have been rising. This implies that identifying and resolving the current status of the middle-elderly aged households needs to be identified. Many of the Precedent research, including the elderly, female single-households and single-person households, have a limited number of subjects, limited regional boundaries and limited subdivision. Therefore, in this research, data of middle-elderly aged households of 50s or older are constructed by using the 6th data of KREIS, divided into single-person households, multi-households, As a result of empirical analysis using multiple regression analysis, the following meaningful research results were derived. It is found that middle-elderly aged single households has different characteristics of real estate and assets compared to the other households. Especially, the proportion of the Residential housing price in the real estate property is high, it is highly likely that the property will be disposed of and the housing stability will deteriorate. In addition, the middle-elderly aged single-person households showed significant differences in gender, indicating that the assets and real estate assets of the middle-elderly aged female single-person households were different from those of male single-person households. It was shown that the characteristics of the middle-elderly aged single-households are different from those of the multi-person households and the whole households. Especially, the proportion of the Residential housing price in the real estate property is high, And middle-elderly aged single-person households showed a significant difference in gender. The assets and real estate assets characteristics of a female single-person households are found to differ from those of male one. On the other hand, the standardized beta coefficient indicates that financial assets have the greatest impact on the assets of middle-elderly aged single households, and generally the total liabilities have the greatest impact on assets or real estate assets, it is considered that the problem of the middle-aged households needs an approach and solution from various viewpoints.
