As a result of research on the relocation of railway facilities, there were problems in terms of legal system and financial aspects, and problems were divided into nation and non - state according to the causes of the relocation of railway facilities. First, in the legal system, it has been found that it is difficult to obtain the same facilities in the case of state and non-state , and there is no way to share the costs. This is because alternative facilities must be installed on the same scale as existing railway facilities. In addition, In the case of non-state , there is no project system from design to construction and completion. And the biggest financial problem is that you have to pay extra compensation, but there is no solution. Finally, It`s also need to prepare for the alternative that the rational role of stakeholders such as the government, local governments, and the Korea Railroad Corporation seems to be insufficient. In order to improve the problems of the relocation of railway facilities, it is necessary to step by step promotion of the relocation of railway facilities and establishment of promotion system of railway facility relocation project, local governments need to establish a role as cause provider and licensor and establish a dedicated organizational structure. In addition, the State and the Korea Railroad Corporation, along with stakeholders, have a responsibility to prevent unnecessary social costs from being incurred in an effort to promote smooth transfer of railway facilities. In addition, it is necessary to extend the cost sharing ratio to the type of railway facilities and cost sharing, and it is necessary to diversify the compensation method for the railway facility site from the existing cash compensation method to the provision of in-kind payment and incentive. Finally, the government will be able to carry out stable business by legislating measures to subsidize the transfer costs of railway facilities in advance and by repayment in a long term.
