국문 초록

이 연구에서는 대학생들의 성별 및 학년에 따라 성취동기와 학업몰입의 관계에서 차이가 나타나는지를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 2017년 3월 한 달 동안 충남 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 176명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 SPSS Macro를 통해 변인 간 차이 및 관련성에 대해 검증되었다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생들의 성취동기와 학업몰입에서 성별과 학년에 따른 차이가 검증 되었다. 둘째, 대학생들의 성취동기와 학업몰입의 상관을 검증한 결과 성별과 학년 에 따라 서로 다른 관련성이 나타났다. 셋째, 성별 및 학년 별로 성취동기가 학업몰입에 미치는 영향력을 검증한 결과, 성별 및 학년에 따라 성취동기 유형 별로 학업몰 입에 차별적으로 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 대학생들의 성취동기는 성별과 학년에 따라 차별적인 특성을 보이고 있으며, 이로 인해 학업몰입의 수준 또한 차별적으로 영향을 받고 있으므로 대학교 교육현장에 시사하는 바가 크다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the relationship between achievement motivation and learning flow in university students differs according to gender and school year. To this end, data were collected for one month in March, 2017, from 176 students attending a university located in Chungcheongnam-do area. The collected data were analyzed for differences and associations between variables using SPSS 23.0 and SPSS Macro. Study results are as follows. First, the differences in achievement motivation and learning flow were verified among university students according to gender and school year. Second, examining the correlation between achievement motivation and learning flow, different relevance was found depending on gender and school year. Third, examining the effect of achievement motivation on learning flow by gender and school year, it was found respective type of achievement motivation by gender and school year has a difference effect on learning flow. Based on these findings, it was concluded that the achievement motivation of university students show difference characteristics according to gender and school year, and thus, the level of learning flow is likewise affected differently.
