스마트폰 동영상 자가평가를 활용한 기본간호학 실습 교육의 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 기본간호학실습 교과목에 스마트폰 동영상 자가평가를 활용한 기본간호학 실습 교육을 실시한 후 기본간호술기능력, 수행자신감, 학습태도, 수업만족도에 미치는 효과를 파악하여 동영상 자가평가의 수업 활용가능성을 탐색하기 위하여 수행하였다. 연구대상은 간호대학 2학년 학생 93명이며 자료 수집은 2017년 3월부터 6월까지 16주간 진행하였다. 기본간호학 실습을 수강하는 분 반 중 실험군에게는 동영상을 촬영한 자가평가를 적용하였고 대조군에게는 시범과 실습으로 수업을 운영하였다. 수업의 효과를 확인하기 위해 기본간호술기능력은 8주차와 16주차에 측정하였고 수행자신감, 학습태도, 수업만족도는 16주차에 조사하였으며 두 군간 차이를 보였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 술기를 평가해야 하는 실습교과 목에 동영상 촬영을 활용한 수업을 적용할 때의 장점과 제한점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of education program for fundamental nursing skills using recording video with smartphone and self evaluation for nursing school students. Subjects consisted of 98 sophomore nursing students, an experimental group(n=48) and a control group(n=46). The education program for fundamental nursing skills using cellular phone video recording and self-assessment was applied to the experimental group for 16 week. On the other hand, the control was conducted in a traditional class. The skills of the experimental group, the ability to perform a basic nursing skill, confidence in the attitude compared to the control.Based on research results, we need to develop a variety of teaching strategies to increase student satisfaction.
