교사의 진로소명과 직무만족의 관계에서 자기효능감과 직업몰입의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 교사의 진로소명과 직무만족의 관계에서 자기효능감과 직업몰입의 매개효과를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 2015년 8월부터 2016년 2월까지 초·중등학교에 재직 중인 교사 440명을 임의표집하여 진로소명, 자기효능감, 직업몰입, 직무만족에 관한 설문을 실시하였다. 상관분석 결과, 진로소명, 자기효능감, 직업몰입, 직무만족 간에서 모두 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 매개효과 검증결과, 자기효능감은 교사의 진로소명과 직무만족 간에서 유의한 매개효과를 나타내지 않았고, 직업몰입은 교사의 진로소명과 직무만족 간에서 유의한 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 결과적으로 진로소명과 직업만족 사이에서 직업몰입이 완전매개의 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 결과를 토대로 시사점, 한계 및 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediation effect of teachers’s self-efficacy and occupational commitment on the relationships between their career calling and job satisfaction. The questionnaires designed to measure career calling, self-efficacy, occupational commitment and job satisfaction are administered to 440 teachers in elementary, middle, and high schools from August in 2015 to February in 2016. The results of this article showed significant correlation among career calling, self-efficacy, occupational commitment and job satisfaction. As a result of the mediating effect test, the self-efficacy did not show significant mediating effect between career calling and job satisfaction of the teacher, and it was confirmed that the occupational commitment had a significant mediating effect between the career calling and the job satisfaction of the teacher. As a result, occupational commitment plays a role of mediating between career calling and job satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, implications, limitations and directions for future research are discussed.
