간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향 및 문제해결능력, 셀프리더십의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향 및 문제해결능력, 셀프리더십의 정도와 이들 변수 간의 상관관계를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 2016년 9월 1일부터 9월 20일까지 제주특별자치도에 소재한 일개 대학 간호학과에서 구조화된 자가보고형 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집이 진행되었으며, 비판적 사고와 간호과정이라는 교과목을 운영한 이후 2학년에 재학 중인 218명의 간호대학생을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 SPSS Statistics 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관관계를 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 대상자의 비판적 사고성향은 문제해결능력(r=.551, p<.001), 셀프리더십(r=.559, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의한 양적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 문제해결능력과 셀프리더십(r=.377, p<.001)도 통계적으로 유의한 양적 상관관계를 보였다. 향후 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향과 문제해결능력 및 셀프리더십을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 모색하고 이와 연계하여 간호학교과목의 운영방향과 전략 수립이 필요함을 제시하고자 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among critical thinking disposition, problem solving ability, self-leadership of nursing students. Data were collected the effects of the self-report questionnaire on self-report questionnaires in the nursing department of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province from September 1, 2016 to September 20, 2016. The participants were 218 nursing students in the second grade. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation using SPSS Statistics 23.0 program. As a result, the participants critical thinking disposition showed a statistically significant positive correlation with problem solving ability(r=.551, p<.001) and self-leadership(r=.559, p<.001), Problem solving ability and self-leadership(r=.377, p<.001) were statistically significant. Therefore, we would like to suggest a program that can improve the critical thinking disposition, problem solving ability and self-leadership of nursing students, and the direction and strategy of nursing curriculum should be linked with this.
