영문 초록

Naltrexone is approved by FDA for the treatment of alcoholism at 1994. After then, the concern about central opioid system in alcoholism has been markedly increased. In the first part of this paper, the author reviewed the papers about treatment efficacy and mechanism, pharmacology, and clinical use of naltrexone in alcoholism. In the second part, the papers about the treatment efficacy of other opioid receptor antagonists in alcoholism were reviewed.
