국문 초록

목 적：기존의 Chest lateral decubitus검사법과 자체 제작한 개선된 보조기구를 이용한 Chest lateral decubitus검사법을 비교하여 영상화질을 분석하고 두 검사 간의 유용성을 알아보고자 하였다 대상 및 방법：2016년 8월 1일부터 11월 10일까지 본 병원에 입원 및 외래로 내원한 환자 중 Chest lateral decubitus검사를 시행한 환자를 대상으로 하였고, 연령군은 남자 28명, 여자 22명 이었으며 평균나이는 57세 이었다. 영상분석은 기존 Chest lateral decubitus 검사법 영상과 자체 제작한 개선된 보조기구를 이용한 Chest lateral decubitus검사법 영상을 영상의학과 전문의 1명, 10년 이상 숙련된 방사선사 5명이 3개의 설문 문항으로 리커트 5점 척도(Excellent; 5점, Good: 4점, Fair: 3점, Moderate: 2점, Bad; 1점)로 평가 하였다. 통계분석은 대응 t검정(Paired-test)을 실시하였다. 결 과： 설문문항 (1)“Air-Pleural effusion 경계면이 명확한가?”에서 개선된 보조기구를 이용한 Chest lateral decubitus검사법이 4.11, 기존의 Chest lateral decubitus검사법이 2,67으로 나타났다. 설문문항 (2)”환자의 position이 회전은 없는가”에서 자체 제작한 개선된 보조기구를 이용한 Chest lateral decubitus검사법이 4.44,기존의 Chest lateral decubitus검사법이 2,70으로 나타났다. 설문문항(3)“Effusion volume이 모두 묘출 되었는가?” 에서 자체 제작한 개선된 보조기구를 이용한 Chest lateral decubitus검사법이 4.17, 기존의 Chest lateral decubitus검사법이 2,63으로 나타났다(P<0.05). 결 론：Chest lateral decubitus검사 시 기존 검사방법과 자체 제작한 개선된 보조기구를 이용한 검사에 따른 검사의 유용성을 비교 분석한 결과에서 자체 제작한 개선된 보조기구를 이용한 영상이 높게 평가 되었다. 그 결과 보다 더 정확한 검사로 검사시간을 단축할 수 있고, 환자의 고통 및 검사자의 노동력이 절감될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

Purpose：The purpose of this study was to compare with the accuracy of the chest lateral decubitus study and the chest lateral decubitus study using the improved self-made equipment to assess the quality of the image and to evaluate the usefulness. Materials and Methods：From August 1, 2016 to November 10, 2016, patients who have a chest lateral decubitus study. 28 males and 22 females were included in this study. Mean age is about 57 years old. Image analyed by a radiologist and five radiological technologists who trained more than 10 years. there are three questionnaires (5 points, Good: 4 points, Fair: 3 points, Moderate: 2 points, Bad: 1 point). Statistical analysis was performed by Paired-test. Result：IIn first questionnaire, the chest lateral decubitus test with improved instrument scored 4.11 points. and conventional chest lateral decubitus test scored 2.67 points. In second questionnaire, the chest lateral decubitus test with improved instrument scored 4.44 points. and conventional chest lateral decubitus test scored 2.70 points. In third questionnaire, the chest lateral decubitus test with improved instrument scored 4.17 points. and conventional chest lateral decubitus test scored 2.63 points(p<0.05). Conclusion：The results in the comparison with the conventional method and the self - made improved instrument said improved instrument can help for qualified images. And, it is possible to shorten examination time with more accurate examination.
