The purpose of this study lies is the understanding of the need for regular education and the satisfaction with the present curriculum for private certification of semi-permanent makeup artist. This study suggests content for a regular education curriculum and the results of analysis can be summarized as follows. Educational satisfaction with theory, practice and totality to the educational characteristics increased statistically according to a positive increase of the qualifications and professionalism of the instructor, the educational facilities and the study environment. In the case of intra-annual and intra-1∼2 year of a semi-permanent makeup practice career, the distribution of the need for regular education to general characteristics showed that yes accounted for 91.6% and 100%, and those of 2 years over was 84.7%. In the case of moderate and positive , the need for regular education to educational characteristics showed a tendency to decrease statistically compared with negative for the qualifications and professionalism of an instructor. The necessary content in regular education include semi-permanent technique , customer complaint and response and semi-permanent design in order of priority. Educational satisfaction is closely related to educational characteristics and the need for regular education is rated highly.
