청소년이 지각한 가족기능성과 정신건강의 관계에서 또래관계와 긍정심리자본의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 가족기능성과 정신건강의 관계에서 또래관계와 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 목적이 있는 실증적 조사연구이다. 이를 위하여 2016년 6월15일부터 3주간 동안 충북 C시에 소재한 고등학교 학생 323명을 대상으로 하여 가족기능성 척도, 정신건강 척도, 또래관계 척도, 긍정심리자본 척도 설문지를 실시하였다. 가족기능성, 정신건강, 또래관계, 긍정심리자본의 관계를 살펴보기 위해 상관 분석을, 또래관계와 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 알아보기 위하여 Baron과 Kenny(1986)가 제안한 매개효과 분석단계에 따라 순차적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과, 첫째, 가족기능성과 정신건강, 또래관계와 긍정심리자본은 유의미한 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 가족기능성과 정신건강의 관계에서 또래관계와 긍정 심리자본은 부분 매개하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 청소년의 정신건강을 위한 가정에서의 부모와 학교상담교사들의 상담 및 심리 치료적 접근을 위한 개입과 효율적이며 긍정적인 교육 프로그램 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있으리라는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

영문 초록

This study was aimed to examine the mediating effects of peer relationships and positive psychological capital in relationships between family functioning and adolescent s mental health. In order to achieve the purpose of this research. The subjects were 323 students from M high school students located in Chungbuk. Instruments used in the study were as follows: family functioning Scale, mental health Scale, peer relationships Scale, positive psychological capital Scale. Based on the result of this study, the major findings were as follows: First, there were statistically significant correlation among peer relationships, positive psychological capital, family functioning, adolescent s mental health. Second, there were partial mediation effects of peer relationships bet ween family functioning and adolescent s mental health. Third, there were partial mediation effects of positive psychological capital relationships bet ween family functioning and adolescent s mental health. This study was confirmed the mediating effects of peer relationships and positive psychological capital between family functioning and adolescent s mental health.
