국문 초록

이 사례(1760년)에는 전 세계의 바다의 명칭과 위치에 대한 표준화 원칙을 정하고 아시아에 있어서는 6개 바다를 정의하고 있다. 이 사례는 역사적으로 세계 바다의 명칭과 경계를 표준화 시키는 기준이 되었다. 아시아에 있는 6개 바다를 다음과 같이 정의하고 있다. 북쪽의 시베리아에 의해, 동쪽의 보카라에 의해, 남쪽의 페르시아에 의해, 그리고 서 쪽의 조지아에 의해 경계된 카스피안 해. 한국과 일본 사이에 있는 한국해. 중국과 일본 사이에 있는 황해. 통킹과 코친차이나 해안을 흐르는 코친차이나만. 샴과 말라카 국가에 의해 형성된 샴 만. 갠지스의 양 옆에, 인도의 두 부분 사이를 포함하는 벵갈 만.

영문 초록

The Caspian sea, bounded by Siberia on the north, by Bocara on the east, by Persia on the south, and by Georgia on the west. The Corean sea, lying between Corea and the islands of Japan. The Yellow sea, situated between China and the japan islands.The Gulf of Cochin China, washing the shores of Tonquin and Cochin China. The Bay of Siam, formed by the countries of Siam and Malacca. The Bay of Bengal, contained between the two parts of India, on both sides the Ganges. Also, sea boundaries and names of the world were standardized by this case. Based on the investigation results of case studies, these cases are demonstrated historically because marine boundaries and names were globally standardized by theses cases.
