국문 초록

니체의 역사 인식 지평에 서면 비역사적, 초역사적 영역으로의 인식확장을 꾀할 수 있다. 이는 역사인식, 역사교육 논의의 지평을 확장할 수 있는 실마리를 제공한다. 아울러 역사의 요용 혹은 남용으로 인한 폐해에 대한 니체의 신랄한 비판과 냉소는 한국사 필수화, 한국사 수능 필수화, 교과서 국정 논의 등 최근 우리 역사 교육 논의에도 대단히 중요한 시사점을 제공한다. 니체가 말하는 ‘삶에 봉사하는 역사’는 곧 체험되지 않은 미래를 향하고 있다. 과거에 대한 회상은 곧 삶에 대한 관심에서 오는 것이며, 역사 해석은 결국 삶의 의미를 창조하는, 미래를 향해 열려있는 해석이라는 것이다. 달리 표현하면 ‘미래에 대한 상상력’이 될 것이다. 역사 인식은 현재와 미래 시제의 역사 만들기와 결부되어 있으며, 상상력이 더해진 역사의식은 사람들로 하여금 변혁의 가능성과 자신이 안고 있는 잠재력을 표출할 수 있도록 한다는 것이다. 이와 같은 맥락에서 역사인식이 삶의 의미를 창조하는 미래지향적인 해석이 될 수 있으려면 인식 주체의 관점 형성이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Accoridng to Nietzshce, History is divided into a unhistoric, historic, superhistoric standpoint. If the basis of this horizons, we can extend the horizon of history education debate. Nietzsche also divided history into three types, monumental History, antiquarian history, critical history. He sharply criticized the evils caused by misuse or abuse of history. Nietzshce says ‘history to serve life’ is heading for the future, which is not yet experience. Recollection of the past come from interest in life. So Historical analysis is that the interpretation eventally open into the future to create a sense of life. In other words, would be ‘imagination about the future’. Historical consciousness is associated with making history now and in the future. Historical consciousness is that it allows to express the transformation of the possibilities and potential we faced. The historical consciousness is accompanied by the imagination of the future. History should be recognized in this context a futuristic interpretation of the meaning of life creation.
