영문 초록

The regional premium rates are determined to examine the possibility of area-yield crop insurance. We use parametric and nonparametric density estimations to determine regional premium rates. The results show that area-yield and all-risk crop insurance is reasonable in Korea. The results of this paper could be an important reference in the policy making for crop yield insurance.
