초등 예비 교사들의 영어 교수·학습 과정안의 문제점과 보완 방향

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등 현직 교사와 예비 교사의 교수·학습 과정안을 비교·분석하여 그특징을 검토해봄으로써 예비 교사들의 교수·학습 과정안 구성 능력 향상에 도움을 주는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구 기간은 2016년 6월부터 10월까지이며 예비 교사 과정안 30편, 현직 교사의 과정안 30편을 선정한 후 각각의 형식과 내용을 분석하 였다. 형식적 분석에는 단원정보, 수업배경정보, 수업과정정보가 있으며, 내용적 분석에는 교육과정, 수업목표, 수업전략, 절차, 평가가 있다. 분석 결과 예비 교사들은 단원 전체의 지도 계획을 재구성하는 능력, 각 활동별 연계를 고려한 수업 설계 능력, 평가 계획을 세우는 능력이 다소 부족하였다. 따라서 예비 교사들의 교수·학습 과정안 작성 능력 개선을 위해서는 재구성, 목표와 제재에 부합하는 수업 모형 선택, 활동별 연계성을 고려한 수업 설계 및 수준별 수업에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 더불어 학생의 창의성, 실제적 의사소통 능력을 신장시키기 위한 교수·학습 활동 개발과 평가 계획에 대한 면밀한 고려 역시 요구된다.

영문 초록

he purpose of this study is to investigate the differences between the pre-service and experienced in-service teachers lesson plans, in order to help improve the ability of lesson planning by the former. In this study, samples of thirty pre-service and experienced teachers’ lesson plans were selected respectively. The lesson plans were analyzed for form and content: information regarding a unit, class background, class sequence information, curriculums, objectives, teaching models, teaching strategies, procedures and assessment. The research illustrated that pre-service teachers somewhat lack the ability to see the lesson plans as a whole. All in all, based on the study results, pre-service teachers need to develop an ability to reconstruct lesson plans, choose teaching models, think of the flow of the entire lesson and use differentiated instruction methods. Lastly, careful plans of evaluation should also be established.
