영문 초록

This study esti mates the cross price elasticity of Hanwoo beef to the imported. Using the regression diagnostic s such as a variable transformation and the outlier detection methods , this analysis investigates the improved estimates for the Hanwoo beef’s cross price elasticity. The results from this study suggest that the estimate of the cross price elasticity of Hanwoo beef is be-tween 0.1344 and 0.254, indicating that the substitutability of Hanwoo beef to the imported is low. The changes in Hanwoo beef demand is very sensitive to consumer’s income.
