자폐 범주성 장애 유아를 위한 자연적 교수 전략의 중재요소 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 자폐 범주성 장애를 지닌 유아를 대상으로 한 자연적 교수 전략 관련 연구의 동향을 살펴보고 그 중에서 실제로 자연적 교수전략을 적용하고 그 효과를 검증한 중재연구에서 적용된 전략의 중재 요소를 분석하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 이를 위해 논문선정기준에 따라 자연적 교수전략 관련 연구 20편을 선정하였다. 선정된 논문의 분석 결과 단일대상연구가 14편으로 가장 많았으며, 이 중 대상자간 중다기초선 설계를 적용한 연구가 9편으로 가장 많았다. 16편의 실험연구에서 자연적 교수 전략으로 환경교수, 모방훈련, 우발교수, 시간지연, 요구 모델, 활동중심삽입교수, 부모-실행 자연적 교수, 또래-실행 자연적 교수 등이 독립적으로 또는 두 가지 이상의 전략이 연합되어 적용되었고, 이들 전략으로부터 5가지 범주의 19가지 중재 요소가 도출되었다. 중재 결과 사회-의사소통과 관련된 행동의 습득, 유지, 일반화에 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 부모와 유아의 사회적 상호작용의 증가, 또래와의 상호작용 증가와 같은 성과가 보고되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate research trend and core components of naturalistic teaching strategies for young children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD) by reviewing domestic and abroad literature related to naturalistic teaching strategies published from 2002 to 2011. Twenty articles were identified for this study. Results of this study were as follows: (1) The most frequently used experimental design was a single subject design, (2) naturalistic teaching strategies identified in this study were milieu teaching, imitation intervention, incidental teaching, time delay, mand-model, activity-based embedded teaching, parent-implemented naturalistic strategies, and a peer implemented naturalistic strategies, (3) more than two strategies were combined, (4) nineteen core components regarding naturalistic teaching strategies were emerged, (5) based on the findings of these literature, naturalistic teaching strategies were effective intervention strategies for improving social communication abilities of young children with autism spectrum disorders.
