감각통합 프로그램 중재연구에 관한 분석 및 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 2000년부터 2012년까지 국내 감각통합 프로그램 중재연구들을 분석하고 고찰하기 위하여 자폐 범주성 장애, 발달지체, 발달장애 유아와 아동을 대상으로 하는 실험연구를 중심으로 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 연구자는 12년간 국내 출판된 학술지를 검색하고, 선정기준에 따라서 논문을 선정하였으며, 연구결과 선정된 논문은 총 18편으로 나타났다. 또한 선정된 논문을 대상으로 분석한 결과 2007년 이후로 감각통합 프로그램 중재연구들이 활발하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 연구방법으로는 사전-사후 통제집단 설계가 총 5편(28%)로 가장 많이 선정되었으며, 중재 장소로는 치료실이 총7편(39%)으로 가장 많이 이루어졌다. 중재의 종속변인으로는 연구대상자의 상동행동이 총 5편(28%)로 가장 많은 결과를 나타냈으며, 분석논문의 연구결과 감각통합프로그램 중재연구 18편 논문 모두 대상아동에게 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 따라서 감각통합 프로그램 중재 연구의 논의점 및 향후 이루어질 후속연구에 대한 제언이 이루어졌다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to analyze sensory integration intervention for children with autism spectrum disorders based on the interior studies conducted between 2000 and 2012. The results are as followed: First, the analysis is based on the total of 18 articles published in the peer-reviewed journals and shows that studies on the sensory integration has greatly increased since 2007. Also, the review indicates that the subjects are autism spectrum disorder, developmental disorder and developmental delay 7 months - 13 years children. Second, the research settings were therapy rooms. The experimental design that were used most frequently was randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The main dependent variables were found to be stereotypical behavior. Third, the quantitative analysis of the effects of the sensory integration intervention showed that there is a significant effects of the sensory integration intervention all articles. Also, among the 18 articles, 3 studies included maintenance data. As a results, implications of this analysis and future directions are discussed.
