취업한 자폐 범주성 장애인의 직장 생활에 관한 상사의 경험 및 인식

국문 초록

본 연구는 취업한 자폐 범주성 장애인의 직장 생활에 관한 상사의 경험 및 인식을 통해 자폐 범주성 장애인들의 직장 생활의 구체적인 모습에 대해 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 이들의 직장 생활을 위해 필요한 지원 요구 또는 개선점이 있는지를 알아보기 위해 실시 되었다. 자폐 범주성 장애인과 6개월 이상 함께 일 한 경험이 있는 상사 5명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 하였고, 지속적 비교분석법을 사용하여 내용을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 (1) 자폐 범주성 장애인 채용 과정에서의 상사의 경험과 인식, (2) 자폐 범주성 장애인의 직장 생활에 관한 상사의 경험과 인식, (3) 자폐 범주성 장애인과의 직장 생활에서 생기는 장점과 어려움, (4) 상사의 지원 요구, (5) 자폐 범주성 장애인의 직장 생활을 위한 지원 요구의 총 5가지 상위 주제와 각 주제에 따른 14가지의 하위 주제가 도출되었다. 연구 결과를 토대로 자폐 범주성 장애인의 직장 생활을 위한 논의를 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 자폐 범주성 장애인의 성공적인 직장 생활을 지원하기 위한 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was executed to find out any support needs or points to be improved by reviewing the lives at work in detail of individuals with autism spectrum disorders(ASD) through experiences and recognitions. 5 workplace managers were interviewed, who have experiences to work with individuals with ASD, and the interviewed contents are analysed by the qualitative analysis method. From the qualitative analysis, five themes emerged as follows: (1) the experiences and recognitions of workplace managers during the recruiting procedure of individuals with ASD, (2) the experiences and recognitions of workplace managers on the life at work of individuals with ASD, (3) the strength and difficulty regarding on the life at work of individuals with ASD, (4) the support needs of workplace managers, (5) the support needs for professional life of individuals with ASD, and also fourteen themes were emerged according to each theme. The argument for the life at work of individuals with ASD is presented based on the result of this study. The result of this study is expected to utilized as basic data for the successful life at work of individuals with ASD.
