영문 초록

General structure oi object-oriented EDB(Engineenng Database) for design and manufacturing oi miection mold is contructed. The EDB is based on Unigraphics CAD/CAM system of EDS(Electronic Data Systems). The EDB is constructed using the IMAN PDM(Product Data Management) tool of EDS which is based on Oracle DBMS. The structure o f the EDB is adapted to the unique characteristics o f injection mold design and manufacturing process. It incorporates standard part and moldbase and the procedures of CAD/CAPP/CAM o f injection mold design and manufecturing in industries.
