영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of housing characteristics on the satisfaction of the elderly households over the age of 50, According to the analysis of gender, region, housing type, housing area and housing satisfaction according to marital status change, gender showed significant residence satisfaction when the divorce. There were no differences in residential satisfaction in residential areas in Seoul and metropolitan cities but there were differences in residential satisfaction in urban areas. In the housing type, the apartments had the highest residential satisfaction, followed by the single - family house, and the lowest in the allied and multi -family houses. The housing area was 110m2~130m2 in the satisfaction group and 65m2~90m2 in the unsatisfactory group. As population aging increases the likelihood of divorce and bereavement, it is necessary to supplement the characteristics of the elderly households according to their characteristic
