영문 초록

This study recognizes the importance of youth’s self-leadership and identifies the need of self-leadership to adolescence. For this purpose, preceding research on youth self-leadership has been analyzed from the year 2000 to 2013. Self leadership of youth consists of various wide ranges of variables like formation of self identity, self esteem, psychological well-being, career preparation behaviors. Self leadership program in preceding research on a particular student was the target of most of the program, as the study of the general student was not just enough. Therefore, general student targets variety of factors examining through the research of the importance of self leadership and its effect.
