영문 초록

Child-care policies in Korea had strengthened the National responsibility for guaranteeing the rights to happiness of children, who are the consumers of the policies, and supporting the child-care for parents. Finally, free child-care system was realized with enormous budgets in high interests and hopes of the people, and this is National child-care, further developed country in child-care. In accordance with quantitative expansion, chid-care policy in Korea should be oriented into service practitioners in the field, and unreasonable regulations should be revised to secure autonomy of operation and management.
