C02 gas is known as the biggest problem of greenhouse gas emissions and automobile exhaust gas is discharged through a large amount. Environmental issues in the PDP as well as the large display industry is a substance that is a problem with the drive. To solve these problems in each of the areas used at this time th remove the C02 absorption called getter. Getter materials, Zr, V,Fe, etc. are widely used in the performance of a large suface area is a major factor. Therefore, a thermal plasma device can generate ultra-fine particle size distribution is less straightforward process and has the advantage of continuous process possible. We made Ti, Fe nano powder by thermal plasma process.
This created materials analyzed the particle size by SEM,TEM, PSA analysis of uniform average particle size of the particle size.
