국문 초록

건설 및 설계 기술의 공업화는 건설 산업의 생산력 향상을 위하여 1970년대에 건설 부재의 모듈화 등을 골자로 활발하게 연구되었으나 지가상승, 관련제도의 미비 등으로 최근에는 많은 연구가 이루지지 않고 있는 현실이다. 특히, 공업화를 이루기 위한 관련 기술의 부재는 공업화를 실현시키지 못한 큰 이유 중의 하나.였다. 그러나 최근 BIM(Building Information Modeling)은 표준화된 정보의 원활한 상호운용(Interoperability)을 기반으로 통합된 실무형태 (Integrated Practice)를 표방하고 있고 이는 과거 공업화 건축이 추구했던 것과 그 방향을 같이하고 있다. 즉, BIM 이 목표로 하는 건물 생애주기를 통한 건물정보의 통합관리의 개념은 과거 전체 프로세스와 분리되어 부분적으로만 연구되었던 공업화기술의 단점을 보완하여 건설 산업 전반의 공업화를 이루기 위한 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 이와 같은 견지에서 본 연구는 BIM을 기반으로 한 건축부재의 제조 산업화를 위한 기술 개발을 통하여 건설 산업의 공업화 フ1능성을 살펴보고자 한다.

영문 초록

inaustnalizauon of design ana construction had been studied to inqjrove the productivity of the ccmstructicMi industry in the 1970s. However, the research related with it recently has been decreasing because of the lack of statute and its applications. Especially, the lack of technologies related with it was one of the most significant problem to realize it BM(BuiIding InfOTmation Modeling) diould be considered to solve the problem of the lack of technologies because is aims to the integrated practice with the standardized interoperability in the practice of design and cxmstruction- In this manner, this study discuss the possibilities of industrialization of design and ccMistruction with the development of the technologies for the prefabricadon panel system based on B IM In the end of paper, we propose a kind of library for it
