간호대학생의 임상실습만족의 영향요인과 자기주도성과 임상실습만족과의 관계에서 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고, 자기주 도성과 임상실습만족과의 관계에서 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감의 매개효과를 확인 하고자 시도하였다. 자료수집은 2015년 10월 8일부터 2015년 10월 23일까지였고, 일개 광역시에 소재한 2개 간호학과에서 재학 중이며, 임상실습을 한 학기 이상한 학생으로 146명을 편의표집하였다. 자료분석은 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficient, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 대상자의 자기주도성은 평균 3.50±0.45점, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감은 평균 4.90±0.81점, 임상실습만족은 평균 3.25±0.45점이었다. 임상실습만족의 영향요인 중에 가장 큰 영향요인은 교수의 임상실습 교육시간이었고, 다음은 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감, 임상실습 전 모든 이론과목의 이수, 입학동기 순이었고, 총 25.7%를 설명하였다. 대상자의 자기주도성과 임상실습만족과의 관계에서 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감은 완전매개효과가 있었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상실습만족을 높이기 위해서는 교수의 실제적인 임상지도시간 증가와 임상실습 전 이론적 지식 습득을 위한 교육과정 운영이 필요하며, 핵심기 본간호술 수행자신감을 증진시키는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to identify the affective factors of clinical practice satisfaction(CPS) and to investigate the mediating effect of confidence in practice of core basic nursing skills(CPCBNS) between proactive personality(PP) and CPS. Data collection was conducted in two nursing department located in one metropolitan city from October 8, 2015 to October 23, 2015. 146 nursing students who completed at least one semester of clinical practice were collected by convenience sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson s correlation coefficient, hierarchical multiple regression analysis, and Sobel test. PP of the subjects was 3.50±0.45, CPCBNS was 4.90±0.81, and CPS was 3.25±0.45. The most important factors influencing CPS were professors clinical training hours, followed by CPCBNS, completion of all subjects before clinical practice, and motivation for admission. These variables accounted for a total of 25.7% of CPS. The CPCBNS was found to be a mediating effect in the relationship between PP and CPS. Therefore, in order to improve CPS of nursing college students, it is necessary to operate the curriculum to acquire the knowledge before the clinical practice, to increase the actual clinical instruction time of the professor, and to improve CPCBNS using PP.
