수정된 델파이조사를 통한 유아강점 구성요인 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 수정된 델파이기법을 통하여 유아가 가진 강점의 구성요인을 추출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 유아교사와 유아교육전문가 20명을 전문가 패널로 선정한 뒤, 2 회에 걸쳐 설문조사를 실시하였으며 평균, 표준편차, 왜도, CVR, 합의도, 수렴도를 분석하여 내용타당성을 확보하고자 하였다. 결과에 따르면 유아강점은 성격강점, 학습강점, 생활강점의 3가지 요인으로 구성되었다. 각 하위요인을 살펴보면 성격강점은 자존감, 자기조절, 활력, 긍정성, 탄력성, 심미감, 배려, 친밀감, 리더십, 협력의 10 가지로 구성되었다. 학습강점은 창의성, 호기심, 학습동기, 신체운동, 미술, 음악, 논리논술, 자연탐구, 언어의 9가지 하위요인으로 구성되었다. 생활강점은 신체건강, 놀이, 예절, 정리정돈, 절약, 안전의 6가지 하위요인으로 구성되었다. 유아강점 구성요 인의 개발을 통하여 유아강점행동을 측정하기 위한 도구개발과 강점기반접근이 이루어지는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study examines the systematic classification and evaluation standard of early childhood strengths based on the opinions of experts. The primary Delphi survey is conducted on a panel of 20 experts in early childhood educators, and in early childhood’s teachers. The tertiary Delphi survey utilizes questionnaires that are designed to check the results of the secondary survey and reach a consensus were utilized, and frequency analysis and descriptive statistics(mean, standard deviation, skewness and quartile). After the opinions of the panel are analyzed for appropriateness, a final draft for the evaluation scale is drawn up. It consists of 3 early childhood strengths categories, 25 early childhood strengths criteria. The 25 elements are: self-esteem, self-regulation, vitality, positivity, flexibility, aesthetic sensibility, leadership, relationship, creativity, curiosity, learning motivation; physical exercise, art, music, logic and math, exploration of nature, language, body and health, play, manners, courtesy, cleaning, conservation, and safety.
