예비교사 대상 교수설계 기반 협력적 수업컨설팅 운영전략 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비교사를 대상으로 예비교사들의 교수설계 및 수업실행에 대한 인식 변화와 수업컨설팅의 만족도를 분석하고 수업컨설팅 운영전략을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 예비교사 5인을 대상 교수설계 기반 협력적 수업컨설팅 프로그램을 개발· 적용한 후 자기수업 분석보고서, 성찰일지, 설문조사 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 예비교사들의 인식변화 결과를 보면, 교수설계 영역에서 수업설계, 교수전략, 시간안배, 수업내용 및 수업자료, 참여유도, 동기유발 및 평가 영역에서 인식이 변화된 것으로 나타났다. 수업실행 영역에서는 수업안내, 질문 제공 및 교사의 발언과 태도에 관련된 인식이 변화되었다. 둘째, 수업컨설팅에 대한 교수설계 및 실행 측면에 서, 예비교사들은 전반적으로 높은 만족도를 나타냈다. 셋째, 예비교사 대상 협력적 수업컨설팅의 운영전략이 (1) 수업설계 및 실행을 위한 미니 강의 제공, (2) 협력적 수업컨설팅 기회 제공, (3) 수업시연 기회 확대, (4) 교수설계기반 수업컨설팅 실시, (5) 성찰기회 확대, (6) 온라인 컨설팅 제공 측면에서 도출되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop management strategies of instructional consultation by analyzing the changes of pre-service teachers’ perceptions of instructional design and instructional practice, and the satisfaction of instructional consultation. For this purpose, this study developed an instructional design-based collaborative instructional consultation program, and applied it to 5 pre-service teachers. In addition, this study analyzed their self-reporting reports for instruction, reflection journals, and the results of survey. The results indicated that the pre-service teachers’ perceptions have been changed about instructional design, instructional strategies, allocation of teaching hours, instructional contents, and participation facilitation, and motivation in the domain of instructional design. Also, the results showed that they have been changed about course introduction, the offering of questions, teachers’ attitude and announcement in the domain of instructional practice. In addition, the results indicated that the pre-service teachers showed highly positive responses of both satisfaction of instructional design and instructional practice. Finally, the results showed that the management strategies of instructional design-based collaborative instructional consultation should include the offering of 1) mini-lecture for instructional design and instructional practice, 2) learning experiences of collaborative instructional consultation, 3) increased opportunity of instructional practice, 4) management of instructional design-based consultation, 5) increased opportunity of reflection activities, and 6) online consultation.
