영문 초록

The authors treated a case of Aspergillosis in Lt. maxillary sinus by Caldwell-Luc operation and examined histopathologically. 1. Aspergillosis is diseased condition caused by species of Aspergillus which are ubiquitous in nature and marked by inflammatory granulomatous lesion. 2. This is a rare case of Aspergillosis involved Lt. maxillary sinus without bony destruction of adjacent structures. 3. Surgical removal of the lesion was performed via Caldwell-Luc approach and good result was achieved without any complication.
