영문 초록

This is a case report of 3 impacted canines in unusual position which were treated by surgical removal. The results are as follows; 1. Maxillary and mandibular canine impaction could be revealed by routine radiographic examination rather than patient s complaint. 2. The degree of rotation of impacted canine was various, affecting the curvature of the apex. 3. Combined orthodontic-surgical managements for artificially aided eruption should be considered first, but, if these procedures are not feasible and complication is anticipated, surgical removal should be urged at an early age.
