영문 초록

Hepatocellular carcinoma is a relatively common form of cancer in Korean and it has a tendency for early intrahepatic metastasis. Extrahepatic metastasis occurs in 50% of the cases primarily to the lungs and regional lymph nodes. Metastasis of this tumor to the oral cavity or mandible is extremely rare. This report describes a patient with hepatocellular carcinoma in whom a metastatic lesion in the oral cavity and mandible developed rapidly after extraction of a molar tooth.
