A new role of chemotherapy is induction chemotherapy prior to definitive therapy in the advanced stage Ⅲ, Ⅳ squamous cell carciomas which are not well controlled with surgery and/or radiotherapy, as the initial treatment program.
The purpose of this case report is an introduction of induction chemotherapy with cisplatin, vincristine and bleomycin, radical surgery and radiotherapy, as the combined modality treatment protocol used in our hospital.
