영문 초록

The present study was done to compare the blood loss following teeth extraction in normal and anticoagulated rabbits. Anticoagulated rabbits partially filled with oxidized cellulose soaked with thrombin solution and tranexamic acid was also used as an antifibrinolytic agents before teeth extraction. The blood loss was measured at the following intervals: immediately after the extraction, 2 days, 3 days, 5 days, 8 days, 10 days, 14 days. The results were obtained as follows; 1. Anticoagulated rabbits showed the obvious increase of blood loss than the normal group, especially 5 days following teeth extraction. 2. Anticoagulated group that had been partially filled with oxidized cellulose soaked with thrombin solution had more blood loss than that of the normal group. 3. Anticoagulated group that had been partially filled with oxidized cellulose soaked with thrombin solution showed more blood loss than the group of tranexamic acid injected. 4. Anticoagulated group with the tranexamic acid showed a similar blood loss to that of the normal group. 5. The highest blood loss was obtained on the combined group in the partially filled with oxidized cellulose soaked with thrombin solution and tranexamic acid injected.
