영문 초록

There are many cases necessary to severe or resect the mandible nerve and lingual nerve in the treatment of maxillofacial lesions. The reconstruction of nerve is needed with operation of the lesions to gain more satisfactory result of the treatment. We present the report with review of the articles that we observed the process which the function of the nerve is recovered gradually after autogenous nerve graft with great auricular nerve followed by the resection of the involved nerve, when we do the partial resection of the cyst or tumor in the mandible.
