영문 초록

Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) reconstruction with autogenous elements represents one of the most intriguing and challenging operations. In growing children, the replacement of the mandibular condyle requires continued growth. Costochondral graft can be applicable throughout the spectrum of TMJ abnormalities, both developmental and acquired. This report deals with 3 cases of TMJ reconstruction using costochondral graft.
