영문 초록

In synovial fluid from patients with several inflammatory joint disorder, oxygenated metabolites of the arachidonic acid cascade have been found. We analyzed the synovial fluid from TMJ of patients with mandibular condylar fracture and internal derangement. The enzymeimmuno-assay to identify PGE2 was used. The concentration of PGE2 was significantly increased in both diseases.
