영문 초록

This study investigates the optimal level of generic advertising for pork checkoff funds in pork markets where the processing and distribution sectors may exhibit certain degree of market power. The level varies with the degree of market power. Several developed countries pork checkoff funds are compared with the results of this study, indicating that pork checkoff funds should increase to raise the demand for pork.
