영문 초록

This study presents details of and diverse approaches to implementation of Clean Development Mechanisms (CDM) in the case of overseas afforestation. It will contribute to identifying roles of entities and the government required in overseas afforestation and guiding decision-makers for more effective forestry policies. Also, this study emphasizes that it is the first step to identify reduction potentials of greenhouse gases. Given the above considerations, the study provides an overview on overseas afforestation, methodological and credit features and implementation procedures.
