영문 초록

This study systematized the criteria determining priority among integrated development projects in rural villages. The study also charged relative weights on each criterion. The criteria system is composed of two level hierarchy: criteria and sub-criteria. First-level criteria consist of three components: coincidence with general purpose, coincidence with local uniqueness, and efficiency. And, each first level criterion has three or four sub-criteria. Relative weights of the criteria were derived from the results of questionnaire survey conducted to consulting committee members of the integrated development in rural villages. The AHP, analytic hierarchy process, was used to analyze the results of the questionnaire survey and estimate the relative weights. The results indicated that coincidence with local uniqueness is the most important criterion with relative weight of 0.350 among the three first-level criteria. Relative weights of efficiency and coincidence with general purpose are 0.341 and 0.309, respectively. Degree of utilizing local resources was turned out to be the most important sub-criterion out of eleven sub-criteria with relative weight of 0.203.
