영문 초록

This study aims to examine farmer s propositions for direct payment program of disadvantaged areas in Korea. According to the field survey, it was shown that farmers strongly needed the increment of the support amount per unit, the minimum area, and the maximum payment per individuals. Also, they needed the quality improvement of duty for village self-help fund. Before the direct payment program spread throughout the country, it needs mutual agreement considered situation of supply-side(government and people) and demand-side. Also, to maximize the political effects of the direct payment program, the government should do program(Green-Tourism and Local activation program) at the same time.
