영문 초록

This article analyzes WTO disputes on agricultural trade and draws implications for the Korean agriculture and trade negotiations. Trade disputes during the WTO period, 1995 to the present, is compared to those of the GATT period, 1947-1994. The WTO disputes are analyzed in terms of who and why filed a case, and the time taken to settle down the case. Conclusions and implications are made with respect to how to use the WTO DSB strategically and how to respond to the panel decisions.
