영문 초록

Recently, people related to agricultural administration take a great interest in agricultural administration governance. The reason is that the present agricultural administration system is neither efficient nor preferred by farmers organization. This study focus on a plan on the establishment of local agricultural administration governance system such as the Board of Agriculture. Successful establishment and operation of the system require support from both the local farmers organization and the bureaucracy. To confirm this, surveys were conducted to five representative counties throughout the country. Both the local farmers organization and the bureaucracy support for this new plan. Current condition of agricultural governance and the desired governance system were also grasped. Based on these results and preceding related researches, models for local agricultural administration governance system were constructed. Finally, limitations and further research subjects were suggested.
